Photo Essay: Lupe & Elisa's

Seven days ago, Lupe Osorio opened a discount warehouse after holding her business at a swap meet for more than five years.

The shop sells kitchen supplies, other household appliances, bikes and bike parts. Osorio gets most of the products from Skid Row.

Since the warehouse just opened, Osorio spends most of her time outside waiting for customers and cleaning.

The warehouse has a number of toys and other children's items for sale.

Osorio reading her Bible. She says it's her mission to spread the word of God to anyone who walks into the store.
